Christopher Mortonson

“Chris”

I joined the Naval Academy from Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin and was a Naval Aviator & Carrier Pilot with 315 landings on 4 different carriers.  I proudly served as Admiral’s Aide for the Commander Fleet Air Western Pacific based in Atsugi, Japan traveling thru out APAC. 

My civilian pursuits included being co-founder of Fieldglass, Inc., a venture backed SaaS vendor management platform sold to SAP and leadership roles in Equity Capital Markets, Human Capital Management, and IT consulting delivering digital transformation for enterprise clients migrating to the Cloud.  I married Colleen Sullivan, raised 5 children and have 10 grandchildren.

Extracurricular activities include Inland Lake Sailing, Skeet Shooting, Pickleball and biking. I am riding in the G2G to honor friends, shipmates, family—and to show my support for the Naval Academy brotherhood & tradition as a proud member of the Class of ’75 for this key fundraising event.
