Dave Frost

I entered USNA from New Jersey's Manasquan High School. and remained in the Surface Navy/ Naval Reserve for 22 years.  After leaving the Navy I transitioned to business as we settled in San Diego, California.  My wife, Mary and I have two children, and three grandchildren.  My hobbies and passions center on rowing and fitness.  I’m riding in G2G to honor our fallen Classmates, and to raise awareness of physical fitness. Here's to the legacy of USNA ’75.
